BREAKING: Ranger Veterans From “Article 15 Clothing” To Sign Record Deal?

EL PASO, TX – After destroying the charts with their debut single, Bitch I Operate, heavily armed rappers Lincoln’s Boxseats may be signing with A15 Records. The deal, which is being reported by the military and veteran-themed gossip website DMZ, would be one of the fastest on record for a breakout musical act.
Lincoln’s Boxseats, innovators of the so-called “Ranga Rap” style of hip hop, reached number one on the iTunes comedy charts and 37 overall when their debut video was released this week. The single, which features former Rangers Mat Best and Vincent “Rocco” Vargas rapping about firearms, tactical clothing, and bacon raced upwards in the charts.
Sources are reporting to DMZ that the trio are in talks with A15 Records for a possible record deal.
Bitch I Operate is not Best’s first venture into the world of hip hop. Many critics point to Best’s 2013 video, Navy Seals vs Army Rangers Epic Rap Battle, as his breakout moment. According to Mat Best biographer, Lola “Angel” Lacroix, the Lincoln’s Boxseats frontman has always had an affinity for hip hop and guns, so bringing the two genres together was “like so typical of him, anyway.”
DMZ is also reporting that a small group of hipsters are protesting the single claiming that the use of the word “bitch” in the refrain and the frequent display of guns and aircraft were scary and made them nervous.
